Rebekah has served in the Royal Air Force as an Aerospace Systems Operator, seeing tours of duty in the Falkand Islands and Cyprus, with active tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Upon leaving the RAF, Rebekah transitioned into the private security sector, initially as an event security manager overseeing the security management of internationally recognised sporting events before moving into the operational security sector.

Rebekah is hugely experienced when it comes to designing and implementing end-to-end operational security planning for multi-disciplined projects operating in the United Kingdom and the developing world, with a particular focus on eastern Africa and the Middle East.

As a result, Rebekah has built up an enviable and essential set of safeguarding skills that includes risk management, security planning, security management, project management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning and operational security planning.

This means Rebekah has all the expertise needed to audit and review your organisation’s current approach to safeguarding and security and, as required, develop and delivering new security architecture, draft new policies and procedures and deliver the training your employees will need to support your new safeguarding protocols.

Outside work Rebekah is a keen sportswoman, with a particular interest in golf, tennis, and squash and while her playing days are behind, she remains an avid Rugby Union fan.  Rebekah also has a keen interest in history, most specifically military history and the Tudor period.
